A history of Napoleon
As I browse the Substack app, I sometimes unexpectedly find gold nuggets of content. That happened to me when I found an account called Hot History, which has done a series of great articles about Napoleon.
I’ve always been fascinated by Napoleon, and while there are many pretenders to the title of “great man,” Napoleon isn’t one of them. He’s the real deal.

I have been a broken record on the issue of White males in the GAE’s military, and I have made it clear that White males should NOT sign up or serve if drafted, as the GAE is not worthy of such service.
Having borne the brunt of outright and genuine racism, policies specifically and overtly crafted to remove them from institutions, white men are unsurprisingly reluctant to die for a regime that detests them. This has, in turn, led to the very recruitment crisis (in the UK and USA) that is making policy wonks and war hawks squirm and, in the end, peddle press releases on the potential need for conscription.
Let us be clear, British men have died in every corner of the globe on behalf of their rulers over the centuries, often needlessly and for a pittance. However, the idea of home and hearth, place, belonging, and sense of family and kin was never undermined or thrown into doubt. It is precisely this ancient understanding and agreement that has been systematically and sadistically deconstructed as a matter of governmental policy and has directly resulted in men no longer caring. The nonchalant shrug “Fight for what?” is one which the establishment finds difficult to answer, and their tools in the center-right pundit class can only superficially lean into what has alienated the Steves, Deanos, and Waynes who comprise the only class the system managers are allowed to piss on with impunity.
I sympathize with the plight of White males in the UK. They have been given as raw a deal as White males in the GAE. Not a single White male should serve in the UK’s military, either. Let “diversity” fight for the UK’s government; White males should not be involved.
Jacob Angeli-Chansley, the Capitol-protest-Shaman guy, has celebrated his “first official campaign event,” he said on X.
Chansley is running on a platform promoting single-bill voting, term limits, Congressional stock trading reform, and against Washington’s many lobbyists. “You have been told many falsehoods about me by the CIA-run ‘Mockingbird Media,’” his Shaman for Congress page states.
Good for him! He can’t possibly be any worse than the do-nothing Republican assholes that currently run the House. I hope he gets in and runs wild in that place. Maybe he can get a little revenge for the way he was treated by the corrupt government of the GAE.
Prisoner executed with nitrogen for the first time
Smith, 58, was put to death Thursday in a 'horrific' 22-minute ordeal when a gas mask was placed over his face, before a stream of 100 percent nitrogen gas suffocated him inside the execution chamber at the William C. Holman prison in Atmore, Alabama.
The murderer's spiritual guide, Jeff Hood, described the execution as the 'worst thing' he had ever seen, claiming prison officials gasped in shock as he died far slower than anticipated.
'When they turned the nitrogen on, he began to convulse, he popped up on the gurney over and over again, he shook the whole gurney,' Hood said.
Smith was officially pronounced dead at 8:25pm local time, 22 minutes after the nitrogen gas was first administered. At 8:07pm, a corrections officer leaned over Smith and examined him, before stepping back against the wall to let the execution continue.
Apparently, it didn’t go quite as planned and turned into a bit of a mess. I know Alabama doesn’t have the brightest people running their prisons, but why didn’t they just knock him out with anesthesia before putting the nitrogen mask on? 🤔
DeSantis takes a swipe at Trump
DeSantis is not a graceful loser, nor does he understand that his political future rests in the hands of MAGA voters. Instead of coming out strong for Trump, and building bridges with Trump’s MAGA supporters, DeSantis keeps being a prick.
I'll briefly say before I start in on this, that I think the history of the gaming industry is very relevant to our cultural situation at large. I've come to believe this is likely because the target audience of gaming (at least the traditional one) is the same demographic that builds and maintains society, youngish White men. Men between the ages of 20 and 40, blue or white collar, that are looking for a little escapism and steam release in the form of entertainment that still feels productive. This is what I was talking about earlier.
Gaming was traditionally quite gatekept. It was a separate and comfortable space for men to unwind. With the introduction of suits and big money came things like dedicated gaming journalism, and initiatives from higher-ups to push leftist culture coming from outside gaming.
Still, things were okay for a while. People liked Morgan Webb, games could still have ample booba and no one was being crucified for it. The non-traditional gamers were few enough in number that they conformed to the culture without affecting it too deeply.
But things were shifting. Feminism steadily entered the industry, LGBT themes following just behind.
Be sure to give the rest of his post a read. As a gamer since Pong, it has been horrible watching an industry I once loved go spinning down the woke communist shitter. It’s been nothing but a horror show for years, and I wish I could roll the clock back to thirty years ago.
