One of Cuban's employees blew the whistle on racist discrimination against White males

Have I told you lately how much I detest Mark Cuban? He’s the billionaire that got a bailout for his portfolio of companies when Silicon Valley Bank went tits up. He defended the bailout on X in the usual self-serving way the entitled rich use to socialize their losses while privatizing their gains. In other words, he’s an asshole.

Mark Cuban versus Elon Musk on DEI

Recently, he got into it with Elon Musk on Twitter, claiming that DEI isn’t racist. Bear in mind that Cuban benefited from the productivity and business acumen of White males when he was making his money, but then threw them under the bus later to prove his woke commie bona fides.

In other words, Mark Cuban is a sickening, rich, hypocritical, lying piece of trash. He wriggles this way, then that way, never admitting that DEI is overt race and sex discrimination against White males. Of course, race and sex are the deciding factors; experience and qualifications don’t matter when it comes to DEI.

Unfortunately for Cuban, one of his employees blew the whistle and outright admitted that his sports team deliberately discriminated against White males:

“I know the business case for diversity,” Marshall told NPR host Raz. “And you have to have a diverse group of people around the table if you really want to be as successful as you can be. And so we took that on, so we laid out that vision, laid out a set of values, and then I had a one-on-one with all the employees and then made some leadership changes.”
She proudly said, “So, now we have almost 50 percent women in leadership and 47 percent people of color. Diversity matters. It matters.”
Here, Marshall is clearly admitting that she removed people who did not meet her standard of diversity and replaced them with people of color and women merely for the sake of “diversity.”
This is in direct refutation of Cuban’s claim that DEI hiring policies are not really race-based and exclusionary.

Whatever her intent was, I give her credit for being somewhat honest about what she did. She made “leadership changes” that amounted to discriminating against White males in favor of blacks and women. That is blatant race discrimination, and it’s too bad that there weren’t lawsuits filed against Cuban’s organization.

Mark Cuban needs to be sued

As I noted above, I think it’s going to take lawsuits to put a stop to DEI. When I say lawsuits, I mean lawsuits that result in companies like Cuban’s paying millions or hundreds of millions in damages. Scumbags like Cuban only really care about their bottom line, so they must be forced by the courts to cough up massive amounts of money to the White males they have discriminated against.

So far, we haven’t had enough legal action against DEI to make much of a difference. I hope that changes in the future and that people with deep pockets step up to fund serious lawsuits that result in huge payouts to the White males being discriminated against by DEI.

As for Mark Cuban, he’s a piece of crap and always will be, and I hope he gets taken to the cleaners by one of the employees that his company has discriminated against, and that the damages paid out are so high that they serve as an example to other rich, elitist hypocrites.

UPDATE: It appears that the EEOC is on Cuban’s case, and opened the door for some lawsuits against him after he stupidly posted about race in one of his posts. HA HA HA HA HA!!!! I hope he gets a multi-billion dollar lawsuits filed against him:
