Putin warns the West in speech to Russian Federal Assembly

Putin isn’t screwing around with the West any more
Putin gave a speech to the Federal Assembly, and he pulled no punches in warning the West from sending troops into Ukraine. He spoke for two hours and covered a great deal of domestic and foreign policy ground. I’ll leave the domestic stuff for others to discuss; it is the foreign policy comments that interest me the most.
Putin made it clear that Russia’s army has learned a great deal from the conflict in Ukraine, and it has far more experience in the new warfare than any Western army, including the United States. He also noted that Russia’s nukes have been upgraded to be the finest in the world, and Russia has hypersonic nukes now.
He also made it clear that he understood that the West, particularly the United States, is hostile to Russia and its traditional values. Put…
