The FBI was authorized to use deadly force in Mar-a-Lago raid
Biden's DOJ has hit a new low: for political purposes, it has established a precedent of potential violence against former presidents
When you read the headline of this article, what was your first reaction? How did it make you feel? Did you think it was silly clickbait? Well, unfortunately, it is not clickbait. The FBI was, indeed, authorized to use deadly force when it raided Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago. They went there with guns, ammo, and handcuffs, and they had legal authority to use them if necessary.
Check out this excerpt from the a story today on the Daily Mail:
A new court filing unsealed on Tuesday in the Trump classified documents case revealed federal agents were prepared to use 'deadly force' when executing a raid at Mar-a-Lago in 2022.
That raid on the ex-president's home ended with the FBI seizing hundreds of documents containing classified information.
In the former president's motion challenging the legality of the FBI's raid filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the filing notes an 'Operation Order' produced in discovery which contained a 'Policy Statement' regarding 'Use of Deadly Force.'
The filing says the Order states 'for example, "Law enforcement officers with the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary..."'
It also says 'the agents planned to bring "Standard Issue Weapon[s]," "Ammo," "Handcuffs," and "medium and large sized bolt cutters," but they were instructed to wear "unmarked polo or collared shirts" and to keep "law enforcement equipment concealed.'"
If you’ve been reading my substack, you know that I have personal issues with Trump, and recently I have been royally pissed at him because of the not-vaccines. However, when I read the details in the Daily Mail story, my first reaction was one of outrage. I had thought that the raid was done in a way that avoided any possibility of the use of force, given Trump’s status as former president and also Mar-a-Lago’s status as his home. Well, I was totally wrong.
Now, as I understand it, Trump was not there when they did the raid. He was out somewhere doing something else. But that does not excuse this egregious violation of established norms around former presidents or their families. This kind of thing has never happened before, and it bears noting here, since it establishes a precedent that is likely to be used again against another president someday.
I wonder what would have happened if Trump had unexpectedly come back to Mar-a-Lago in the middle of the raid. What would have happened then? We all know the FBI is corrupt and has set up people before. Would they have dared to initiate violence against Trump and then claimed that he was somehow responsible for it? Can you imagine the reaction of the country if Trump had been killed in that kind of situation? What if one of his family members or employees had been killed?
It also shows you how far down into the gutter the Pedophile in Chief and his rotten, corrupt Attorney General were willing to go in persecuting Trump. The very idea that the FBI was authorized to use deadly force at Mar-a-Lago boggles the mind if you think of how this country used to be and compare it to how it is now.
What possible reason would the FBI need to use any kind of force in a place like Mar-a-Lago? What did they think was going to happen? Did they think Melania was going to hit them with one of her purses? Did they suspect that Barron Trump would jump out at them with a machete in his hands? Or that one of Trump’s employees would hit them with a golf club or something? 🙄
And don’t get me started on how they went through Melania’s underwear drawer. Their pretext was absurd: that she or Trump might have “nuclear secrets.” Of course, a former first lady of the United States would keep such important documents right next to her underwear. That particular aspect of the raid was a humiliation ritual, but it backfired in the Democrats’ faces because millions of Suzy Soccer Moms around the country were appalled that the FBI would target Melania Trump that way.
There were absolutely zero reasons for the FBI to have brought weapons with them when they raided Mar-a-Lago. ZERO. There was no possibility of violence whatsoever from Trump’s family or employees. To argue otherwise is ludicrous, and there is no way anyone can justify bringing weapons onto that property whatsoever.
The very idea that the FBI could sweep into Mar-a-Lago, loaded with guns and other weapons, to raid the home of a former president should underscore how out of control the people in the imperial capital are now. Thirty years ago, the FBI would never have dared to do such a thing, nor would they have been authorized to do so in the first place. The very idea would have been considered ludicrous, and people would likely have laughed at it.
Yet, here we are with the new KGB running wild in America, and even former presidents aren’t safe from their potential violence. I wonder how that raid would be regarded now if a rogue FBI agent had opened fire on Melania or someone else in Mar-a-Lago? Would it be excused as easily as the murder of Ashley Babbitt in the Capitol building? Would it be swept under the rug and forgotten, as her murder has been in the intervening years?
The FBI needs to be completely shut down as an organization. It never seems to pursue real criminals. Instead, it functions as the KGB for the Democratic Party. It is obsessed with “white supremacy” and other absurd partisan claptrap, while real criminals are ignored and allowed to steal, murder, and do whatever else they want to do. How many times did people report potential school shooters to the FBI? Yet, the FBI did nothing about them, and people ended up being murdered by such shooters.
But this is not new for the FBI; it has always been corrupt. Go all the way back to the founding of the organization, and you can tell where Hoover was going to take it. Do I even need to bring up Whitey Bulger and the FBI corruption that allowed him to murder 19 people while they protected him as an informant? Lives could have been saved, but the FBI didn’t give a damn. Whitey was too useful for them to shut him down and stop his murderous rampage.
In a well-run country that has a real justice system, the FBI and their superiors at the “Justice” Department would be prosecuted for what they did to Trump. However, we do not live in such a country. So you can count on absolutely nothing to be done while the Pedophile in Chief is in office, and likely not even after he leaves office. The corruption will continue, and the FBI will continue on, fulfilling whatever partisan demands the Democrats make of it.
Biden himself should have been impeached for this and for not enforcing the border laws. Unfortunately, the useless Republicans in the House didn’t have the balls to do any kind of impeachment. See the difference between them and Pelosi? She rammed two bullshit impeachments against Trump through the House, but the Republicans couldn’t do something similar even though they have real, valid constitutional grounds to go after Biden.
If it were up to me, I’d defund the FBI today and fire every single employee. That organization is a complete disgrace to the country, the Constitution, and the very idea of justice. There is no justification whatsoever for keeping it going any longer.
If he gets back into office, what will Trump do about it? 🤔

When the FBI was first given form, they didn't even have arrest powers. They were investigators. They assisted local law enforcement with trans-jurisdictional cases. These were usually bank robberies and kidnappings.
Most people think that the FBI arrested Hoffa, they didn't. The IRS got him for tax evasion.
From your article:
It also says 'the agents planned to bring "Standard Issue Weapon[s]," "Ammo," "Handcuffs," and "medium and large sized bolt cutters," but they were instructed to wear "unmarked polo or collared shirts" and to keep "law enforcement equipment concealed.'"
There is so much that's wrong here. If they showed at my house and I didn't know they were law enforcement, I'd most likely shoot them as intruders. As it is, the Secret service detail should have stopped them.
If they showed up at Mar-A-lago and didn't inform the local sheriff and police, they were in violation of their charter. The FBI can not just show up in a place if the local law enforcement tells them not to do so.
When the FBI/ATF showed up at Waco in 1993, the local sheriff told them that he had already investigated the Branch Davidians and that they hadn't broken any laws. They had a Federal Firearms License that allowed them to convert AR-15's to full auto.
But the FBI/ATF didn't listen and people got killed.
When the FBI killed the Weavers at Ruby Ridge, the local cops told them that it wasn't a good idea and that no laws had been broken. The FBI/ATF killed everyone by sniper-fire.
They should have been shut down after that.
I personally think that the FBI, CIA, ATF, and every other three letter agency should be shut down.
I agree.
The same thing happened to the man who ran the Little Rock Airport. He was a Gunn collector who sometimes sold guns. The ATF came calling at 6 am and disabled his Ring doorbell, did not wear body cameras as they were required to do. They kicked in the door. He had his gun but they shot him in the head and the chest. This was in March 2024. His name is Brian —I cannot remember the last name. I believe it begins with K. Not much in MSM. Mike Huckabee’s has done some good coverage. They did not have a warrant for his arrest as I recall—he had not committed a crime. They just wanted to talk to him. As Huckabee’s points out they could easily have caught him in the parking lot at work.
Trump is first and we are all next. Government from top to bottom is corrupt.
