So the dementia-addled pedophile in the White House, who stole the election in 2020, has now come out and admitted that the Globalist American Empire will give Ukraine cluster bombs. If you know anything about cluster bombs, you know that this is a new low for the GAE, and it utterly disgusts me.
Before I get into this post, you should note that I have not written much about the GAE’s proxy war in Ukraine. I have held off because people like Rolo, Simplicious, the guys on the Duran, and others know far more than me and have covered it in more depth than I ever could.
Cluster munitions are evil
However, when I heard that the GAE would give Ukraine cluster munitions, my blood began to boil. If you aren’t familiar with what cluster munitions do, here’s a quick primer for you:
A significant number of bomblets do not explode on first impact as intended. According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, the submunition failure rate — referred to as the "dud rate" — has varied from 10% to 40% in recent conflicts.
"Large-scale use of these weapons has resulted in countries and regions being infested with tens of thousands, and sometimes millions, of unexploded and highly unstable submunitions," the organization said.
In addition to posing an immediate threat to civilians living in areas where cluster munitions are used, the bomblets that remain unexploded are small, can have interesting shapes, and can be colorful, meaning those that don't immediately detonate can appear like toys to children, who might try to pick them up and be maimed or killed.
Civilians are the primary victims of cluster bombs, according to the Landmine and Cluster Munitions Monitor, a group that does research on behalf of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines-Cluster Munitions Coalition. In 2021, the latest year for which data was published, the group said that of 141 casualties from cluster bomb remnants, 97% were civilians, and two-thirds of those were children.
"It is a terrible reminder of the dire need for rapid clearance of contaminated areas, age-appropriate education on the risks of unexploded bomblets, and greater dedicated support to the victims and their families," Loren Persi, editor of the Cluster Munition Monitor 2022 report, said in a statement.
Many civilians will be killed in the years ahead by these damned things, and the neocon scum and filth running the GAE doesn’t give a damn. Supposedly, the ones they are sending Ukraine will only have a 2.35% failure-to-explode rate, but absolutely nothing backs up that number. The GAE has released no actual data to give credibility to its claims, and as always with the GAE, it reeks of being made-up bullshit. In other words, a lie.

A note on the 155mm cluster shells to be delivered to Ukraine.
There are a couple variants of these shells, but given that the M483A1 has already been delivered to Ukraine from Turkey in 2022, I’m going to pick this one for now
Failure rate of the submunitions is reported at between 2.4% to 4.1% depending on the source.
To be conservative, I’m not going to count the shaped charge submunitions as I find them less concerning for the civilian aspect in this regard.

This would give us about two undetonated fragmentation submunitions scattered in an area of 30,000 square meters per shell.
Assuming these shells are being supplied because Ukraine is running out of conventional payloads, which I believe to be the case, it is logical they will not be used only for “specific targets” but used for general artillery.
Given reports of around 5,000 shells fired by Ukraine per day (I know not all of these are 155s, which is why I discount the shaped charges to try and balance the numbers), that gives us up to about 10,000 undetonated fragmentation submunitions left behind per day, with each having a 10 meter kill radius if detonated.

Ukraine is losing and cluster munitions will not save them
The handwriting is on the wall for the proxy war in Ukraine: Ukraine is losing, and Russia will eventually win as the Ukranian military is ground into the dust, slowly but relentlessly, by Russia. So what should be happening is an accelerated negotiation process to stop the war immediately and save as many lives as possible, military and civilian.
Instead, the GAE has decided to escalate the conflict again since it cannot produce enough conventional munitions for Ukraine, and it must fling whatever it has left at Russia, no matter how many civilians get killed in the process. This callousness speaks to the utter depravity of Biden and the rest of the neocon scum; they simply do not care how many people are maimed or killed by cluster bombs.
So why are they doing it? Two reasons possibly:
They think it will give them a stronger bargaining position when negotiations begin.
Biden thinks keeping the war going past the election will help him win because he won’t have another loss like Afghanistan on his record.
Can you imagine how psychopathic these people are? Instead of racing to stop the war and save as many lives as possible, they see more deaths as beneficial to a negotiating position or helpful to them to win an election. It’s just all so damned disgusting and shows their total lack of human kindness or caring.
Where are the real statesmen in the Globalist American Empire?
Where are the real statesmen these days, and when will a faction in the imperial capital of Washington, DC, arise to stop this war? During the Cold War, the actions of the criminals in Biden’s illegal regime would have been unthinkable; the statesmen back then knew full well how dangerous it would be to put Russia’s back up against the wall.
Yet here we are, all these years later, with this ridiculous and dangerous neocon clown show still going on in DC. Bloodthirsty, warmongering pedophiles like Biden and Miss Lindsey just keep on escalating the situation, hoping to push things far enough that the GAE itself gets drawn directly into the conflict and the world ends up in WW3, and nobody in DC seems able to stop them.
This dangerous brinksmanship is why I constantly say that the only way for the world to be safe is for the empire to fall, which means revoking the reserve currency status of the GAE’s dollar. The ability of the empire to fund its proxy and direct wars must be ended, and it must be forced to chop its military spending down to 10% of what it is now. That would also mean the removal of 800 bases around the world and other deep, drastic cuts.
I see no other way to try to stop the GAE’s warmongering bullshit. Nobody in Congress is doing much to stop it, and many uni-party politicians are pushing to keep arming Ukraine, no matter how many people on both sides of the war are killed or wounded.
That is how sick and disgusting the elites are now in the GAE. They are sociopaths and psychopaths who have no soul and no conscience whatsoever. Moreover, they feel entitled to rule the world as they see fit, with no accountability for their decisions.
But nothing lasts forever, not even the GAE’s empire. It appears to be falling far faster than imperial Rome did, which we should all feel grateful for since it is the only way to stop this madness from continuing.
