I have a really hard time mustering any sympathy for these college protestors. They don’t give a damn about free speech and will push for the cancellation and arrest of anyone who disagrees with them the day before and the day after their own experience with “the system”. Groups like “Gays for Palestine” seem too absurd even for the movie “Idiocracy”. (Say what you want about Israel, it is without a doubt the most gay/queer/trans whatever friendly place in the Middle East.) Most of them couldn’t find Israel on a map and can’t name which river and which sea they think “from the river to the sea” describes. Israel/Gaza is not our problem. We owe neither side material nor financial support. Neither side is going to do anything to support the American people so why should we do anything to support them?
