As much as this idea is being floated around, I really don't believe it will come to pass. The main reason for this is because of that one picture taken of Trump and a sad faced Mitt Romney after 2016 when the guy really thought he was getting a Secretary of State position. I'm not using the "4D chess" argument, but it has been clear for a while now that Trump's way of operating is to commit to vast amounts of information warfare until a final decision is made, even to the point where his own supporters get annoyed by it. It is also why his primary opponents are so ineffective, because they have no idea how to fight it. That said, if he does pick Haley it will be a dealbreaker for me as well.
I wholeheartedly agree that Nikki must not be Trump’s choice for VP. She must not even be on his list of VP picks. If I were Mr. Trump I would ask Tucker Carlson to be on the ticket with him as his VP. Like Steve Bannon, Charlie Kirk of TPUSA vehemently opposes Nikki Haley on the Trump ticket and will let Trump know, too. And if I heard correctly, son Eric Trump has made it known that he’s against Nikki on the ticket, too. For all the reasons you point out, it should be clear as a bell to Donald Trump that he must not consider Nikki Haley as his VP. It would short-circuit his 2024 Presidential run.
Haley is a dealbreaker for me as well. I’d really like to think that Trump knows better, but previous picks like Bolton, Barr and Sessions really don’t give me a lot of hope. Even if he picks well, he’s still going to have Kushner in his ear at all times, which I’m not crazy about either.
Nikki Haley has no accomplishments. This unknown s. Carolina governor became known only for banning the rebel flag. I'm glad she speaks good for Israel but is not good for america at all. Am not ethnic centred but people from India ancestry already rule Britain and Ireland and American Vice presidency so not Nikki for now please.
