Biden and RFK Junior; the Walmart woman; Trump's speech and the Hulkster; Iran and the Trump shooter; Self-indulgent Substack writers
Good afternoon, my friends.
I had some random thoughts about various topics to share, so I thought I’d write them up and simply call the article “Odds and Ends.” Maybe I’ll write this every Friday if people like it.
Edit: I changed the title. I’m going to call it Morgthorak’s Journal. Simple but accurate title, with the date.
Biden and RFK Junior
Biden is on his way out—I called it the other day, but he’s dragging his feet despite being hammered by Pelosi, Obama, Schumer and top donors. He’s done, though; don’t doubt it for a second. He cannot run a viable campaign with the previous list of names and donors against him. I expect him to be out by Sunday night at the latest, but since this is Biden, he might drag it out into next week.
RFK Junior didn’t show up at the RNC last night. So that’s one speculation that went down in flames. Still, don’t be surprised if something happens later. He and Trump clearly talked about more than what was in the leaked video, and RFK Junior has been posting “unity” stuff on his X feed. Where there’s smoke, there is fire, and Trump might light a big fire if he gets RFK Junior on his side.
That Walmart woman that got fired
Full disclosure: I have not read the remarks of the working-class woman who got fired for saying something nasty about Trump. I don’t need to read her remarks, as they aren’t relevant to the discussion about her in any way.
What I have gleaned from it is that the right is full of retards who still don’t understand political warfare. I’ve been writing about the woke communists for a long time, so all of this is basic information to me, but here it is again for the retards:
The woke communists do not care about being “nice,” nor do they care about being “moral,” or “above it all,” or any of the other bullshit being spewed by the gaslighting morons on the right. They care only about winning and subjecting you to their evil ideology. Toward that end, they will say and do anything.
Ergo, it falls to anyone with common sense to turn their tactics against them. This is to punish them hard, as hard as possible, and to teach them to stop the cancel culture bullshit. There is no other way to reach these people. You cannot reason with them, and you cannot make nice-nice with them. They hate you, and the sooner you realize it, the sooner you will understand what you are up against.
I have heard some of the right-wing retards say, “Well, she has no power, she’s just a working-class woman; it’s the laptop class that has the power.” To that, I say this: So what! I am a working-class guy, and I do deliveries to try to earn a living. Do you think I give a shit that she’s taking her clues from the laptop class? I say cancel her and keep canceling anybody who pulls similar bullshit.
Being in the working class does not make you immune to cancel culture just because you are too stupid to understand the machinations of the laptop class. Cancel every working-class person who does the laptop class’s bidding, and you help undercut the base of support and power that the laptop class has over the rest of us.
So please STFU about the Walmart woman and her problems. She brought them on herself, and she’ll figure out a way to survive. If you get the opportunity to cancel somebody else like her, do it. The only way these brainwashed fools will learn is by experiencing the same pain they’ve been dishing out to others for so many years.
And don’t think for a second that the Walmart woman wouldn’t cancel you if she could, you brain-dead idiots on the right. She would do it, and she would do it with relish, taking great delight in your pain and loss.
Deal out to the woke commies what they have dealt out to so many others. Do it relentlessly and without remorse, until the commies stop the cancel culture bullshit.
Trump’s speech, the Hulkster, and Simplicius the Snob
I mostly avoided watching the Republican convention until last night. I hate political conventions, as they're all political bullshit. I know, what am I complaining about, right? That’s what conventions are for—to spew political bullshit.
But last night, I tuned in and caught Hulk Hogan’s speech. If you ask me, he gave the best speech of all and blew the hapless Eric Trump off the stage. I’ll go so far as to say that the Hulkster also blew Donald Trump off the stage. I could only sit through about 20 minutes or so of Trump’s speech until I started to doze, but the Hulkster had me glued to my screen.
I particularly enjoyed his references to Macho Man Randy Savage. It took me back to the 80s, when I was younger and the country and society were normal. Those were great days, though I did not realize it until the country became a twisted and evil empire.
Not everybody liked the Hulkster’s antics.
who I have dubbed “Simplicius the Snotty Super Snob” took exception to it on X:Well, there’s no accounting for taste, and who cares what Simplicius thinks about the Hulkster anyway? Damn snob. 🙄
Regarding Trump’s speech, he was way off last night and had very little energy compared to his usual self. This is understandable, he was almost killed, and that is enough to affect anybody, even Donald Trump. I give him a complete pass on all of it; it will take time for him to process what happened and to move past it.
Iran and the attempted murder of Donald Trump
The Deep State retards are getting ready to blame Iran for the Deep State’s attempt to kill Trump. They are trying to do this by linking the shooter with Iran by saying he had “three encrypted accounts” on his devices. It’s all very transparent and obvious to anybody who sees through their bullshit. But it’s likely to work with at least some of the Republican base, which still sees Israel as “muh greatest ally!”
Blinken shot his idiot mouth off about Iran being able to create a nuke in a week or two. What is this—the 500th time they’ve said this? Who cares if Iran has nukes anyway? Good for them, it will make the empire think twice before screwing with them.
Of course, the Deep State might fool some morons in the American population with this stupid lie, but I doubt Trump will fall for it. He knows who tried to kill him, and he’ll remember it for the rest of his life.
That said, Trump and JD Vance are also pro-Israel, so maybe they’ll use it as an excuse to start a war with Iran on Israel’s behalf? If they are stupid enough to do so, they will find out that the empire is going to get its ass kicked.
It wasn’t “negligence” or “incompetence”
Speaking of the assassination attempt, beware of anybody babbling about how “incompetent” or “negligent” the Secret Service was the day of the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. I mentioned this because I’m seeing it all over the place now, as if it was just bad protection work that nearly got Trump killed.
It was a set-up, and it failed.
How can people be so stupid as to not see this? The Secret Service was aware that he was there and identified him as a threat ten minutes before Trump went on to speak. Moreover, various rally attendees reported the shooter to cops and the Secret Service.
The Secret Service allowed the shooter to ascend to the roof and take those shots at Trump. The shooter was also on the roof of a building that had a sniper team inside of it.
This is all “negligence” or “incompetence?” 🙄
Self-indulgent Substack writers
Is it me, or have some of you noticed that some writers on Substack use 5,000 or 10,000 words to write something that could be covered with 500 or 1000? There seems to be an epidemic of self-indulgent blah-blah happening with certain writers. I don’t know how people can wade through so much wordiness. I don’t have time for it, and, at best, I’ll skim their articles or look for some sort of summary.
Also, I have noticed that the same writers often vomit forth a zillion screenshots, which make their articles even longer to scroll through and read. 🙄 I don’t mind a reasonable number of images, but I don’t want so many that it makes it take even longer to get through the article.
I hope this is just a passing fad on Substack. Or maybe I’m just being cranky? I don’t know. 🤔
