Pickup truck and jeep drivers suck!

The greatest menaces on the road are the retards who drive pickup trucks, with jeep drivers coming in a close second. Have you had to deal with these fools? 🙄

As most of you know, I do deliveries for most of my income. I am off the road today because of some severe thunderstorms. Thunderstorms can be problematic for delivery drivers because of the heavy rain and wind that sometimes come with them. The wind is the worst part, because it knocks tree debris all over the side and back roads. In some cases, a road can become impassible because of branches and other debris. So I decided to play it safe and stay home today.

I decided to write a quick post about one of the worst things about doing deliveries: pickup truck drivers. These assholes are the worst drivers on the road, with jeep drivers a distant second behind them. The jeep drivers are just as obnoxious, but there are far less of them than there are pickup truck drivers. However, I loathe seeing either vehicle behind me.

Pickup truck drivers drive like maniacs even in heavy rain, snow and icy road conditions. These idiots always want to do 90 MPH even in dangerous road conditions on the back roads! Worse, they tailgate me frequently despite the fact that I have a “delivery driver” sign on the back of my vehicle.

I cannot tell you how much I despise dealing with these assholes. I have had them get right on my ass when I’m trying to see a house number or street sign at night, and then they roar past you when you finally take the turn. You’d think the “delivery driver” sign on the back of my vehicle would get them to back off, but you’d be wrong.

Almost all of these drivers are men; I have only encountered a few female pickup truck drivers, and they were among the few that weren’t assholes. I have heard that some men buy pick-up trucks to make up for having small penises, but I have no way of verifying this and, frankly, I really do not want to know anything about their psycho-sexual hang-ups.

Yesterday, I saw an accident involving a pickup truck. It was the second one I happen to see going by in the last couple of months. The other one was between two pickup trucks on a very busy road! What did I tell you about how those stupid assholes drive! They can’t even avoid screwing with each other, never mind all the other vehicles on the road. 🙄

When I am on the side or back roads, I always make it a point to pull over and pretend I am doing a delivery by stopping at somebody’s mailbox to let these assholes go by me. As I said earlier, they drive fast even on back and side roads where they should not, so I hate having them behind me. It is easier for me to just let the douchebags go careening down the road ahead of me, so I don’t have them breathing down my neck while I’m trying to find my next delivery destination.

I was reading the NY Post earlier today, and a story I saw there helped spark the writing of this article. There was a terrible crash near Yellowstone Park and seven people died in the accident:

The pick-up truck driver killed in a fiery crash with a tour van near Yellowstone Park has been identified as a 25-year-old Texan.

Isaiah Moreno was one of the seven who died in the fiery collision Thursday evening just 16 miles outside the park.

Moreno was driving the Dodge Ram pickup west, while the Mercedes van — carrying 14 foreign tourists — traveled east. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

No other victims have been identified in the crash.

“Due to the complexity of the incident, the identification of all individuals involved and notification of their next of kin will take time,” Idaho State Police said in an update.

The six other victims were scorched beyond recognition, forcing officials to wait on DNA test results to make identifications, the Fremont County coroner, Brenda Dye, told The New York Times.

Of course, a Dodge Ram pickup truck was involved. While I usually do not make snap judgments about such situations, I will venture to say here that it is likely the pickup truck was at fault. I’ll even hazard a guess that he was trying to pass somebody and slammed into the other vehicle. I could be wrong here by making a judgment this soon, but my own experiences with asshole pickup truck drivers makes me feel that that driver was likely the cause of the accident.

What does that photo suggest to you? To me, it looks like the pick-up truck crossed lanes and smashed into the other vehicle. Again, we must wait for the official report here, but it would not surprise me if that were the case. 🙄

Somebody said somewhere online that pickup trucks are the “new sports cars” or something like that, and perhaps that is true? Are men buying pickup trucks to be “manly” or “cool?” If so, then they are bigger retards than I thought initially. Most of them never seem to have anything in the back of the truck, too. It’s as if they are just driving the truck for the sake of appearances. Maybe the small penis thing is true?

Imagine my surprise when I saw three pickup trucks in the top five vehicles involved in fatal accidents. 🙄 The only problem I have with that graphic is that it is five years out of date. My guess is that even higher fatality numbers can now be attributed to pickup truck drivers, given that those vehicles seem to be driven by the most brain-dead retards on the road.

Here’s a take from a law firm on pickup truck drivers:

Data from the National Highway Traffic Administration reveal that pickup truck occupants in Florida and around the country are far more likely to be killed in traffic accidents than car or SUV passengers. These figures suggest that pickup trucks are more dangerous than other passenger vehicles, but road safety experts think there is another explanation. They believe that pickup trucks would be almost as safe as cars or SUVs if the people who travel in them behaved more responsibly.

Ground clearances and crash test results do not adequately explain the higher death rate for pickup truck occupants, so experts took a closer look at the data. They discovered that pickup truck drivers are far more likely to engage in risky behavior like not using seat belts and allowing unrestrained passengers to travel in the pickup bed. Pickup trucks also tend to remain on the road for longer than cars or SUVs, which means many of them lack modern safety features like traction control and automatic emergency braking systems.

And here’s one that shows that pickup trucks are the most common striking vehicles in the deaths of pedestrians and bicyclists:

Looking at the data element “striking vehicle model” shows that popular pickup trucks have been the striking vehicle in the most pedestrian and bicyclist deaths over time. The Chevrolet Silverado, Ford F-150, and Dodge Ram/Ram 1500 were the top three striking vehicles in pedestrian bicyclist deaths between 2007 and 2021, and also some of the best-selling vehicles during that time. The NHTSA data provides no data to contextualize vehicles according to sales, registration, or other figures to adjust data based on the popularity of certain models. Many of the most common striking vehicle models are best-selling models, although pickup trucks are more represented in bicyclist deaths compared to pedestrian deaths.

Who the hell are these assholes driving Silverado pickup trucks? Slow down, you damned fools! The F-150 trash aren’t far behind their fellow retards, and they should slow down too.

As you can tell from the images above, the statistics seem to agree with what I’ve seen out on the road doing deliveries. At this point, I favor MASSIVE taxes on the sale of pickup trucks. Yep, let’s tax the shit out of these stupid people and try to dissuade some of them from buying pickup trucks in the first place. Or maybe some sort of licensing system where they have to undergo training before being able to careen down the road at 90 MPH while mowing down pedestrians and bicyclists, and then smashing head on into small cars? 🤔

One other thing I hate about pickup trucks and jeeps is how they blind drivers in the other lane! Their lights are higher up than a car’s lights, so they shine right in the face of somebody driving a car. Moreover, the assholes who drive them often add floodlights and the lights themselves are like staring into the sun! These selfish bastards don’t give a dame that they are blinding drivers in the other lane. As always, it’s all about the pickup truck and drivers; everybody else can go to hell as far as these scumbags are concerned.

I advise caution on the road whenever you encounter people in pickup trucks (and jeeps too, as they are just as bad in their bad behavior). Don’t assume these idiots are going to slow down or stop, or even follow the basic rules of the road. Keep your eyes open and be alert whenever you are in the vicinity of one of these retard-mobiles. Your life might depend on it, given how stupid and reckless pickup truck and jeep drivers are these days. 🧐
