What about the opinion that it was all Kayfabe to get each side riled up? Make it as obvious a breach of rule of law for team R to get angry about, while team D gets to cheerlead their victory. Then they get to reverse positions on the appeal overturn. But, as an added bonus, they got to flout rule of law, and continue breaking down expectations of order in our country, so that they can do what they will and we won't be surprised.

Nefarious.

People keep saying we're ruled by dummies. I don't think so. We're ruled by people acting like dummies, or people controlling dummies. This keeps being way too well run and orchestrated for me to believe it all isn't planned at some level - even if it's demonic and not human.

Or.

B) they mistrial it and the judge forces them to start again, stopping Trump from campaigning even more.

Felons cannot even be around guns. I've had convicts work for me. They were either great or totally sucked. Anyway them being in the same building, car or anywhere close to firearms or ammunition is a parole violation. So how's this work for Trump and SS protection? Is NY granting him some privileged status? Which would be a violation of the Constution. If so NY should have a class action lawsuit against it for confering special privileges to Trump
