It's really a shame that the writers of the Rings of Power never seem to have read the Silmarillion because it is so dang full of girl power.

Not that I have seen the show; the promotional imagery gives enough to go on.

I thought, “no way this will be worth reading,” and then I knew you had nailed it and made me agree immediately with just the first sentence of reason #1:

> “Like most feminists, she was immensely fat”

Nailed it. I'm impressed, laughed, and agreed with everything.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. This article has been floating around in my head for many months, but for some reason I finally decided to write it tonight. 😂

Sometimes a little humor can brighten things up. 😉

Only you would call Morgoth a 'soy boy' hahahahahaha I love it! But ouais Shelob's a feminist, she's definitely the sort to devour all those around her endlessly.

Mind if I put this in later this week into Warrior Wednesday? I love your LOTR and Silm analysis and commentaries they're hilarious.

Sure, go right ahead. Might get a few laughs from people. 👍🏻

The Science is Settled!

It makes perfect sense that a giant bloated evil spider should be the first feminist. All modern feminists need is the red hour glass on the thorax.

In their defense, I don't think Ungoliant or Shelob had a red hour glass. I think you are thinking of the Black Widow spiders, which I'm sure also feminists, but of much less stature than Ungoliant or Shelob. 😉

True. But I was thinking that the modern feminist needs a big red hour glass on her back, so men know what they are dealing with.

Though you could say blue hair serves the same function.

I was just going to say: Isn't the blue/pink/green hair enough for you? They are like those poisonous tree frogs that have bright colors. 😂

It's not for me. There are men out there that think feminists are the most beautiful and loving things in the universe. The hour glass is for them.

Small correction.

Replace WREAKED with "reeked"

I have a personal vendetta with this word. I lost the county spelling bee in the 7th grade coming in second, because of this very word.

I said "R... E ... A ... K" - very confidently, I might add. The bastards threw a curveball at me. I'll never forget it.

Otherwise, great post! 👍

Well written, Morg, and with the dose of humour needed. But basically, you’re right. I’ve never been a feminist, I appreciate it when a man opens a door for me, and enjoy all those small courtesies.

The Feminists are evil in my opinion they are the reason we ended up with to men fighting for an Olympics gold medal in the womens boxing The MeeToo movement are the same as BLM full of hatred and have no Faith ….. Karma is a thing God Bless humanity….
