Trump takes an axe to DEI!

Trump has wasted no time ridding the federal government of the DEI scam.

One of Trump’s big campaign promises was to go after DEI and obliterate it from the face of the earth. Unlike other politicians, however, he actually meant what he said.

Get a load of this:

The new Trump administration sent a letter to all heads and acting heads of government agencies on Tuesday, informing them all federal employees in DEI roles must be placed on paid leave by 5pm Wednesday.

All DEI offices in federal agencies are also being shuttered in the move, which comes after Trump signed an anti-DEI executive order in front of a cheering crowd at his inauguration on Monday.

In a letter first obtained by CBS News, the agencies were ordered to 'take prompt actions' against all departments 'focusing exclusively on DEI initiatives and programs.'

The letter also demands all public DEI focused webpages be taken offline, and orders employees within the departments to report 'any efforts to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language.'

Any employees that are aware of 'coded or imprecise language' intended to keep DEI programs alive but do not report them within 10 days are warned of 'adverse consequences.'

Trump's executive order, titled 'Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions', directly reverses a DEI executive order enacted by President Biden on his first day in office four years ago.

After all DEI hires are placed on leave by 5pm Wednesday, agencies are ordered to develop plans to lay off each employee that was hired under DEI policies, with a deadline of next Friday given to develop a list for a 'reduction in force action.'

Agencies must then report to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on 'all steps taken' to remove DEI programs by January 23, including a complete list of all employees that had been in DEI offices as of November 5, 2024.

A written plan for firing all DEI employees must then be submitted to the OPM by January 31, 2025, including a list of all 'contract descriptions or personnel position descriptions that were changed since November 5, 2024' to conceal their DEI intentions.

The executive order slammed the 'infiltration' of DEI programs into the federal government, and cited the executive order signed by Biden on the first day of his presidency that aimed to tackle racial inequalities in government.

Another similar executive order signed by Trump on Tuesday also rolled back affirmative action in federal contracting, reversing a longstanding order first signed by President Lyndon Johnson in 1965.

Shortly after signing the anti-DEI executive order this week, Trump fired the female leader of the US Coast Guard, Admiral Linda Fagan, over concerns about her obsession with DEI policies.

In a memo issued by the White House on Tuesday night, the Trump administration claimed progress made by the passage of civil rights legislation decades ago as having been lost to DEI programs.

Wow! As I said in my earlier post, Trump is moving so fast on his campaign promises that it is hard to keep up with it all. 😂

As someone who has been deliberately discriminated against after applying for jobs, I am absolutely ecstatic that Trump is doing this. He is NOT paying lip service to getting rid of DEI; he is moving to utterly obliterate it from the federal government. He is doing exactly what he was elected to do, and he is repaying the trust we placed in him! This is what so many of us had hoped for, and now we are getting it. 👍🏻

If you are a male with fair skin, especially an older one, then you too have likely experienced discrimination in your own country while looking for work. DEI has been one of the worst policies ever created, and it has resulted in unqualified people being put into jobs that they had no right to whatsoever. They were hired because of their sex, skin color, Alphabet Mafia affiliation, or other characteristic. Anything but competence, experience, and merit.

I remember seeing an ad for a DEI staffer at some company or other that paid more than 100 thousand dollars. I could not believe it when I saw it. Paying people to be political commissars that monitor and enforce woke communism! Unbelievable! And, believe it or not, colleges and universities offer DEI degrees now. That’s how out of control the woke communist ideology has gotten inside our institutions.

We’ve all seen the crisis of competence happening all around us. The country has been sliding down the shitter for the last four years. Competence and merit had become things of the past, with people getting jobs they were totally unqualified for and the quality of service plunging as a result. All of that comes from the implementation of DEI inside of companies, the government, and other institutions. We’ve all suffered because of it, and the net effect has been lowering the quality of people’s lives.

Well, no more. Normalcy and reality are returning to the federal government, and you can bet that corporations will soon follow suit. The colleges and universities will also be forced to dump it, or face the wrath of Trump and the entire federal government. He will break them; mark my words. They will change their ways, or they will pay a very high price, and this is only the second day of his administration! Wait a few months until after his people have all settled in, and he has complete control over the government.

You just know that all the political commissars in the DEI departments across the federal government are shitting their pants. They might actually have to learn a useful skill to earn a living instead of persecuting fellow employees who disagree with their woke communist bullshit. 🙄
