Twilight of the 80's action gods
The 80s are long gone, and soon many of its heroes will pass away too
Anybody who lived through the 1980s knows it was a far different time than now. Movies, TV shows, wrestling, and other media were full of jacked guys, and masculinity wasn’t hated, it was respected and even revered. In those days weakness and effeminate behavior by men were regarded as wrong, and such qualities were not celebrated or promoted.
The 80s were a long time ago
But the 80s were a long time ago, and Western societies have gone completely in the opposite direction. Some of the action stars from those days are still alive, but they will not be with us for much longer, for we have entered the Twilight of the 80s Action Gods, and Father Time will soon take them all.
I realized this when I bumped into this story a while ago about Dolph Lundgren, Rocky’s foe in Rocky 4. Dolph has had cancer and, while it seems to be under control, his struggle is a mark of how much time has passed since his heyday in the 1980s, and the effect time has on all of our bodies.
Actor Dolph Lundgren has revealed he has been battling cancer for eight years and speculated whether his past use of steroids for bodybuilding is to blame
The Swedish actor opened up about his battle on 'In Depth with Graham Besinger' and revealed he was first diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015.
Lundgren, 65, says he went into remission but then the cancer returned in 2020, and was told he had 2-3 years left to live by one doctor.
The star went for a second opinion and the treatment he is now being administered has resulted in the tumors shrinking.
Take a look at Dolph now and back in the 80s:
You younger people are probably astounded by the difference, but that’s what time does to you. His point about steroids might be valid as roids were rampant among entertainers in the 1980s, and that is likely one of the reasons why some like Randy Savage, the Ultimate Warrior, and others are already dead.
Action stars in the 80s were jacked, but it came at a high price
Back in the 80s, it wasn’t enough to have a muscular body, you had to be super-jacked, and yes some people took it to excess. You can get away with that in your 20s and 30s, but as you get older the effects of steroids take their toll and often contribute to an early death.
Randy Savage was one of the guys who delighted in excess. If you watch some of his old wrestling videos, you can see how jacked up he was and he didn’t get those muscles naturally.
The Ultimate Warrior in his prime put just about everybody else to shame in terms of being jacked. His performances were always super high-energy, and there wasn’t anybody who could match his physique at its peak.
Yet both men died of heart attacks in their 50s. Randy Savage died while driving his jeep, and Ultimate Warrior dropped dead while taking a walk with his wife, the day after being inducted into the Wrestling Hall of Fame. Randy Savage died at the age of 58, and Ultimate Warrior died at the age of 54. Both had heart disease.
Their heart disease was likely linked to their use of steroids, which cause more problems than they are worth if you ask me:
THE SIDE-EFFECTS
— Heart problems, including attacks and strokes
— High cholesterol
— Hair loss
— Acne
— Depression
— Liver disease, such as tumours and cysts
— Fluctuating sex drive
Arnold and Stallone are two 80s action stars still standing
Yet not all of the 80s action stars have died. Whether they were wrestling stars or movie stars, some are still around. Sylvester Stallone and Arnold were two of the biggest movie stars back in the 80s, and both are still alive in their 70s. Both did steroids at certain points in their lives, but perhaps they were just luckier than the other two? Who can tell since every person’s body is different?
In the case of Arnold, it might have been better if he died at a younger age. Hanging around for this many years has not done his image any good. He’s been revealed to be a woke communist and a selfish boomer. Who could forget the video below where he tells people “screw your freedom” to try to force them to take the poisonous not-vaccines so he and his fellow boomers could feel safe from the virus.
Arnold is a piece of crap and a liar
What a liar, talking about misinformation and disinformation. Just another stupid boomer believing all of the bullshit fed to him by the government. This retard believed the criminal Fauci’s bullshit and tried to force other people to take the mRNA poison because he was too stupid to understand he was being played by Fauci and Big Pharma.
Arnold is one of the 80s action gods that I’ll be glad to see gone. Everything he’s done in his political career is deserving of contempt, and he’ll be remembered as a total pussy and not the macho hero he played in his movies over and over again. Good riddance to you, Arnold, you gutless coward.
Situations like the fake pandemic are when you see what people are made of, and in Arnold’s case it wasn’t a pretty sight. But he wasn’t alone either, most of the Hollywood scum and filth went down the same road as him. All of them were revealed to be nothing more than money-grubbing pussies with no substance to them whatsoever.
Good riddance to Arnold and the rest of them!
When I started writing this post, I had a wistful feeling about all the time that had passed since the 80s, and how it was sad that we would lose so many of the heroes of our youth. But thinking about Arnold and the rest of them during the fake pandemic, I’ll be glad to be rid of most of them!
Well, what can I say here except perhaps death isn’t always sad? Sometimes it can be a good thing as you see the people who you admired in your youth be revealed to be con artists, liars, and woke communists. Not all of the 80s action stars are like Arnold though, but enough of them are that I’ll shed no tears when these curs are dead and rotting in their coffins.
This post started out well enough, but it just smashed into the ugly reality of turds like Arnold turning out to be the exact opposite of the characters they played in their movies. I had planned to write a retrospective of 80s action stars and now I’m too pissed off to bother continuing it.
What else can I say about this topic except:
FUCK YOU ARNOLD, YOU GUTLESS, LYING, HYPOCRITICAL, ROTTEN CUR! 🖕🏻
That’s it for me until next time. If you’ve got a minute, find a VHS tape of one of Arnold’s old movies and throw it into a dumpster fire for me. Thanks! 😈
Also, fuck the 80s, I’m done with them now. 🤬

This is fucking hilarious, and like most of your stuff strangely cathartic. Thanks, I feel rejuvenated somehow...
I watched the Netflix bio. Maria was in the hospital giving birth to his fourth child and he was banging the ugly maid. Stay classy asshole. And yeah the vaxx pushing. Such a dick.
