Woke communist woman whines for censorship and attention on Substack
A Cluster B woke commie female complains about commenters in an attempt to gain the power to censor people she does not like on Substack
Quite a while ago we had a situation here on Substack where a number of woke communists attempted to get
and to institute a censorship regime. We banded together and were able to beat off that attack, and the end result was that some of the woke commies fled Substack for other platforms. They realized they could not win over the people running Substack and opted to flee the field of battle.Yet, the battle is never over with these people. Recently, we had a woke communist woman complaining about men she didn’t like posting in her comments. She attempted to gain sympathy by blathering on using the usual woke commie terms: racism, misogyny, blah, blah. We’ve all heard it a zillion times, but this creature decided to vomit it all up again.
Writers have tools to manage commenters
Before I get into her nonsense, I want to point out the following:
Writers can turn comments off entirely if they wish to do so.
Writers can limit comments to “paid subscribers only.”
Writers can block anyone they wish at any time.
Writers, when blocking a user in their comments, can also opt to have all of that person’s comments removed at the same time.
In other words, no writer on Substack is forced to endure commenters they do not like. Substack has wisely given us all tools to use to moderate our communities, and thus there is no need for any censorship on the part of Substack’s management when it comes to comments. The writer has all the tools he or she needs to create a high-quality community of like-minded people.
The whining of a woke communist female
Here is what the woke commie female had to say:
Even though racist, misogynistic, and offensive comments are predominant on all social media apps, Substack felt different—a place where this behavior wasn’t common. I felt safe in here. That was until I started seeing men flooding female writers’ posts with overly sexual comments. At first, I only saw a couple of comments here and there, yet lately, the number has exponentially grown.
After speaking to other women about their experiences with racism, homophobia, and misogyny on this app, I realized the issue is so much bigger than I thought. The real concern is that Subsatck has become a safe place for the far-right and other extremists, and their creators allow it.
There it is, folks. She hit every woke communist talking point and even threw in “offensive” in the beginning of her article, and she immediately jumped into invoking “safety” as a reason for her attempt at pushing censorship. Where have we seen all of this before? She goes on to include the holy trinity of woke communism: “racism, homophobia, and misogyny.”
Not very subtle, is she, folks? It gets better, though—much better! 😂
Next, she blames capitalism and greed for Substack’s “failure to protect users” and whines that it made her “feel sick.” 🙄
Their response wasn’t only unfortunate, but it made me feel sick. Substack seems more worried about being “impartial” and profiting from content (even when it’s harmful) than protecting its users from hateful and extremist views. To me, this is a clear case of capitalist greed. Substack’s board has no interest in protecting its users from violent content, as long as it fills their pockets.
Later in the article, Hern mentions Talia Lavin, a journalist who left Substack after its founders stated that censoring “sites that publish extreme views was not a solution to the problem and instead made it worse.”
So she decries that Substack is making money from its platform, yet she offers a paid subscription? Shouldn’t she give her content away for free to stop Substack from profiting from it?
Here’s her Substack subscriptions page:
So she’s asking for money for her content, while condemning the “greedy capitalists” who run Substack. Oh my, a little bit of a hypocrite, aren’t you, honey? 🙄
In the next section, she lays it on thick, babbling about how she is a victim of sexual harassment and has been her entire life, and what a toll it has taken on her emotionally:
I’ve been sexually harassed since I was in middle school. I have dealt with it for more than half my life, and still, every time it happens, it feels like the first time. Anger, fear, and shame are the predominant emotions every woman feels when harassed. No matter how much we are used to it, it never becomes normal.
Every time I go outside, there is a man on the streets who feels he has the right to scream, whistle, talk to, and even follow me to make comments about my looks. I am used to this behavior outside. But when I’m home, I feel safe. Or at least that’s how I felt until this week.
I’m just not that into you, honey
When I saw those comments from her, I thought she must be a very beautiful woman, right? Why else would all those evil penis people sexually harass her? So I clicked on her photo, and this is what I saw:
I cannot speak for the other men reading this, but I see nothing in this image that would induce me to have any interest in this woman. However, I would recommend the following to her:
Put on a bra.
Visit the Weight Watchers site and enroll in one of their weight loss programs. Do it TODAY!
Wear clothing appropriate for your weight and body type, the more modest, the better.
Do something about that rat’s nest of hair. A good stylist might be able to save you from yourself.
That’s about it as far as her photo goes for me. I leave it to my readers to judge her for themselves.
A Cluster B woke communist is the worst kind
She finishes her article with this inane blather:
I would like to say that after all, I wasn’t affected by the comments and that I moved on with my day as it was. I will be lying. I decided that for my mental health, the best I could do was to delete the note and stop the discourse from the root. I wasn’t going to let these men get to me. I deleted the Substack app from my phone. I watched a movie. I forced myself to go to the gym for my dance class to take my mind off it. But as soon as I left the gym, my mood dropped.
I started thinking about all of the horrible things I was called. I felt dirty and empty. I couldn’t understand why men hate women so much. Mostly, I didn’t like that in the end, they got what they wanted; they hurt me. But then I started to think about all the amazing women (and some men) who reached out to check on me. If you were one of the people who left me a comment or sent me a DM, thank you. I am forever grateful. You made me remember that I am not alone.
I’m not sure when I will re-download the app or if I ever will. For now, the best thing for me is to reduce my use and focus my energy on writing new pieces and living my life outside of the digital world.
I know I don’t have all the answers, and I encourage you to do more research on the subject if you are interested in how we can fight these views to spread on Substack. The only way through is together.
I strongly suspect this woman is Cluster B. The blatant attempt at emotional manipulation has Cluster B written all over it. She’s pulled out all the stops to make herself look like a victim and to wring every last drop of sympathy from her readers. 🙄
I take note of the fact that she obviously knows that she can control access to her comments because she has turned them off completely for that article! Yes, my friends, she wrote an entire article whining about bad commenters and published it with comments turned off. So she knows full well that she has complete control over who can and cannot post in her comments.
In other words, what we have here is a Cluster B attention whore. I checked one of her earlier articles, and she still allows everyone to post comments. She could easily change it to “paid subscribers” only, and 99.99% of the people she is complaining about would not comment because none of them would want to pay for her content.
I seriously hope that Hamish and Chris do not take this creature seriously. 🙄

"Every time I go outside, there is a man on the streets who feels he has the right to scream, whistle, talk to, and even follow me to make comments about my looks."
She doesn't get sexually harassed because of her looks... she actually just gets bullied about them instead lmfao
Of all the fault and failures of her prose, why on earth would you focus on this young woman's appearance? That's just base and predictable.
