Meh, “undeclareds” voting for Haley doesn’t bother me, although it seems that open primaries and/or undeclareds voting in primaries should be stopped in every state which allows it. Why is it even allowed? It just increases Dem f-ckery. )Well, just answered my own question!)

Of more concern is if white males did stay home. Perhaps they figured Trump has the nomination wrapped up, so what’s the point? I just hope they vote in the general, regardless of how butt hurt they may be. Biden certainly isn’t focused on helping white males!

Well, for what it's worth, I think NH has had it this way for a long time, and there' s not much Trump could do about it. Or the RNC. The time to stop it was long before this primary.

Don’t dismiss Rupert Murdochs meddling here. He LOATHES Trump and is famous for editorial control. “Ah come on, you don’t really believe in that stuff do ya?” He asks people when they want to know about whether he intervenes in his media publications. (In Aussie language, that’s a yes, yes he does meddle.)

He’s 92 years old and like dying old men often do, he’s desperate for his children’s approval, and they’re mostly Democrats. Hence the push for Haley.

How long will this continue for? I'm not familiar with a lot, in American politics so just wondering how many more states Trump's gotta win. Seems like this is also a waste of time for the Neocons, as Trump's too popular for them to beat traditionally. I think they should just reconcile themselves to 4 more years of Trump.

States set their own primary dates, with most falling between Feb-Apr and a few outliers in May/June. The major parties use a mix of primary results and appointment by party leaders to allocate delegates from each state to the respective national conventions in the summer, where candidates are officially selected by delegate votes.

The Republicans are using the same process they’ve always used, so Haley technically has a chance to amass delegates in future primaries, but her entire campaign is basically a desperate grift to milk donations from the MIC and a few decrepit Never-Trump billionaires until the delegate math becomes impossible for her. This will likely happen in early March.

The Democrats are “saving democracy” by canceling some big-state primaries, rule changes to keep challengers to Biden off the ballot, and state-level party leaders allocating delegates to him without any votes or input from party members.
