I don't know about you, but I don't go to the movies to see "me" in the movie. I go to see larger than life heroes, no matter what the color of their skin.
I mean, crap, if you want white men gone, we'll go. Just don't count on your precious minorities to fork out millions to watch the latest woke trash, because they won't.
I never cared that Lando was black, it didn't even register me when I watched it. Back then they didn't constantly inject race into every damn thing the way they do now. And Lando was an original character, Lucas didn't take an existing character and vandalize him or her the way the woke commies do now.

Not surprised. I worked stage crew for his wedding when he married some black woman in Chicago that looked like she was half his age. He had "the artist formerly known as Prince" there, who came out and gave some giant woke speech, and this was back 10 years ago! At a wedding! Something about South Africa or something if I recall correctly. It was so dumb and frustrating to get preached at with no taste or class, at someone's wedding of all things, because someone's dumb, black wife wanted to spend her husbands money and was willing to put up with it for her dream wedding...
