The thing I fear most with Trump is how all in on Israel he is, especially with Sheldon Adelson’s widow paying him off with 100 million dollars. We can kiss our asses goodbye if Israel starts a war with Iran and then expects us to fight it, which is likely IMO.

I wouldn't worry about a war with Iran too much. The empire is too weak now to fight it and win. And Iran is not the country it was in 1980. Those planes flying back and forth from Russia had a lot of goodies in them, and those goodies are now likely online and working for Iran.
If the empire attacks Iran, it isn't going to turn out the way it would have 30 years ago.
No it will arguably be worse as Iran and Russia have hypersonic missiles we have no defense against, and our navy which would be the supply lines for any ground troops are big old slow ships designed for WWII massed armies style fighting which is obsolete.

I agree we can’t feed into violence at this point if Trump gets killed or the Dems cheat him out of the election but I have seen some posts on Substack about massive civil disobedience efforts that would gridlock the system without being overly violent. I like this idea and hope to see some ideas.
Civil disobedience is fine, and might be a good option. I wanted to make it clear that acting out violently should be off the table completely. It will not work and whoever is involved is likely to be killed, and other innocent people might be injured or killed too.

I keep saying that Trump needs to hire a private security company to provide security. The Secret Service is sadly lacking in training, or they want him dead.
