I first became aware of Nuland from the Oliver Stone movie Ukraine on Fire. I keep thinking there is no way I can become more disgusted and then, it happens. It doesn't look like these yuptastic bastards are going to be able to extricate themselves from any of the nonsense and they're just going whole-hog into their hand-basket.
Currently listening to The Gallic War by Julius Caesar, read by David Timson. I think this is the best narration so far as Timson has the scholarly chops and a nice, grandfatherly voice to pull it off well. I just don't see Trump in this role as much as I find him occasionally hilarious. I get more of the feeling of "meet the old boss, same as the new boss" at this juncture. Who knows?
I am squarely in the "politically optimistic" section of the graph based on my reads and that was surprising to me as well.

But as to Nuland, geeze she's evil least she could do is take some bloody responsibility for her crimes. I've met a handful of Ukrainians lately and they seem like awesome folks, them and the Russians I have met both seem to dislike Zelensky, Putin and all the rest as they just wish to be left alone. I really feel bad for them, and wish they could catch a break, but it seems like everyone has it in for them. I really do hope your curse is a thing and that God sees fit to punish those responsible for the destruction of so many hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, Russians and other Slavs going back to Stalin & Lenin's day as all those monsters merit punishment.
