The worst victims are the sons of women that do this. Often in son abuse, a women will destroy her son to get revenge on the father.

Very true, Paul, and an important point. Thanks for mentioning it.

They'll poison the well with daughters too. There's a reason why my 20something daughter won't talk to me and it's my ex-wife playing Wormtongue.

No woman is worth losing your life over, I’d also add no woman is worth going to prison over. I’ve known some who will push men to the point of breaking just so they lash out and then the woman can claim victimhood. The courts are sadly heartless towards men who are victims of female emotional jujitsu. You’re right, cut ties and get the hell away ASAP.

Agree. With age comes wisdom, at least enough to recognize when this is happening. Also, the ability to recollect the times it was done in the past to oneself. Wish more men understood this at a younger age. I know I wish I had.

Many of us wish the same, Arthur. That is why the guidance and mentorship of an older man can be so helpful to a younger man.

"Among other types of power that women wield almost exclusively, the most obvious is this. That women – not all women, but many women – have an ability that men do not. This is the ability to drive members of the opposite sex mad. To derange them. Not just to destroy them but to make them destroy themselves. It is a type of power which allows a young woman in her late teens or twenties to take a man with everything in the world, at the height of his achievements, torment him, make him behave like a fool and wreck his life utterly for just a few moments of almost nothing."

-Douglas Murray in the book "Madness of Crowds: Gender, Race and Identity"

"A woman is a center. A man is a reaching-out."--Ursula K. LeGuin

Smaller, physically weaker, is it any surprise women evolved to be able to emotionally manipulate men? Of course not. You might be interested to know who warned me about that--it was my mother. Yep, mama was right about that one, all right.

You can't say that the emotional violence of women is as bad as the physical violence of men, though. It's simply not true. A man can simply walk away from that if he just works up some gumption and finds his backbone. It can be much harder for a woman, especially if she has children involved.

I am sorry that you have come across such terrible women. I can assure you that not all females are like what you describe. Each person should be considered as an individual.

Men are violent at times, as you point out, partly due to their testosterone urges, which a man needs to learn to control.

There is much more to consider on this topic, and I don’t think your site is the best format for the discussion. Of course, this seems to be a large focus of your life, so I suppose you will continue to go on in this vein.

You've described the second-level of destructiveness; a female destroying a vulnerable male. What I'd call first-level would be similar to mutually assured destruction "MAD" - both parties try to destroy each other. I've witnessed the first-level once (incredibly crazy undergrad roommate with a crazy boyfriend), and second-level a couple of times (also during undergrad years). (My undergrad school gets no alumni contributions from me.)

I'm speculating that why the destructive female type lives on is that there is a third level - a female successfully manipulates a male into a mutually beneficial relationship, and the toxic behavior is directed against a third party. The third level is more common - my (not-so-scientific) hypothesis is that the third level can be fairly successful at surviving (and reproducing), continuing to wreak havoc on society in general.

Other commenters have suggested that more male teachers for various age groups will help boys - I strongly agree.

Good post. I've dealt with some really sick women over the years and the best thing I have encountered in dealing with them is to walk away and terminate any relationship or association with them. A lot of women will try to ruin your life just for the satisfaction they get out of it. This is an incredibly sad story, but all too common in the world today. You should take a look into the large amount of female teachers at middle schools/high schools who are getting caught sexing their male students....it is an epidemic....and many of these women are married.....go figure.

Female emotional jujitsu as you call it is just fitness testing her man. The defense is to just laugh at her and tell her to make you a sandwich.

What happened to that young man I mentioned was not fitness testing, my friend. It was something else entirely, though I understand your point.

She told him to kill himself, right? She was exploiting his weakness, and lack of fitness in her eyes. She was depraved, absolutely. However, she is just an extreme example of what all women do to test their mates.

I have come to the conclusion that boys should not be taught by women past the age of 8 or 10. Boys need to be taught by men, not women. Being raised under the skirts of female school teachers and even homeschooling mothers produces young men who have no clue how to be a man, or how to relate to women.

See the story, there was another element to it. She wanted the attention and sympathy his death would bring her as his GF.
