Beware of the Yuri Bezmenov account
Watch out for accounts on Substack that teach you to hate China under the guise of promoting freedom for the Chinese people
When I first came onto Substack, I found an account by the name of Yuri Bezmenov. I discovered that I had common cause with that account, because we both despised the woke communists. Indeed, back then the Yuri account seemed to be firmly on the dissident right against the woke commies, and I was glad that it was here on Substack.
However, today I ran into a post by the Yuri account that changed my perspective. The post ostensibly is about Tiananmen Square, but if you look a bit deeper, you find that it’s really designed to bash the Communist Party of China. Why does this matter? Why should you care if you are on the dissident right?
Simple: The Neocons have signaled publicly that they want a war with China by 2025, and all the signs in the media indicate that they are likely to get it. When you see posts like the one I linked to here by Yuri, you must ask yourself what the underlying message is, and for me, it is unmistakable: HATE CHINA! HATE CHINA! HATE CHINA!
That message has been pushed by the regime for a while now, and it will continue to do so to get the populations of Western countries ready for war. As I noted in my other article, the Selective Service is pushing to automate draft registration. Do you think that is a coincidence? Or that the “HATE CHINA!” propaganda is beginning to be revved up and pushed hard, even onto the dissident right?
Why does China matter to me? Why should you care about it?
Voting at the federal level in this country has done nothing to limit the power of the people who dwell in the imperial capital of Washington, DC, and who rule this country. By all means, vote if you wish to do so, but don’t kid yourself either. Nothing of significance will change, even if Trump becomes president again.
What will force change in this country is if China, Russia, India, Iran, and other countries move away from the dollar. The dollar is the foundation of the power of the Globalist American Empire and its rulers in Washington, DC. Without the dollar, they could not finance their trillion-dollar, high-tech military or the 850 bases around the world.
China is absolutely key to establishing a new balance of power in the world, one in which the United States is just one nation among many. An important nation, to be sure, but not the global hegemon that has run around bombing and killing anyone it thinks is a threat to its dominance. The people running the empire know how significant China is in that regard; thus, you see the “HATE CHINA!” propaganda everywhere now.
Here is the most famous photo from Tiananmen Square:
But here is the complete video that is rarely shown when the issue of Tiananmen Square comes up:
So when you see articles like the one the Yuri Bezmenov account posted, you must ask yourself what the real motive is for posting them. Tiananmen Square happened a long time ago, so why is it necessary to regurgitate all of it so many years later? And is the Yuri Bezmenov account’s perspective on it truly correct? I have seen other people with very different takes on it on X and in other places. I suggest finding some of them if you want a different perspective. Here is one for you to read that presents a very different narrative about Tiananmen Square.
But let’s presume that the Yuri Bezmenov account is right about all of it, so what? I regard it as an internal, historical matter for China, and I do not concern myself with it, especially after all this time. Nor does Yuri, or anyone else for that matter, have any credibility when it comes to touting the United States as some sort of global beacon of “freedom and democracy” these days. 🙄
Do I need to bring up all of the countries that the US has invaded, bombed, or instituted regime changes in via color revolutions, since World War 2? It’s a very long list, and if I add it to this article, your eyes will likely glaze over before you reach the end of my scribblings about this. The US has zero credibility to lecture any other country about authoritarian crackdowns on dissent.
We’ve also seen authoritarian crackdowns in the US with the persecution of Trump, the J6 protestors, and much more. The United States, and the West in general, have long since lost any right to lecture China or any other country about its internal policies. As I have said numerous times in the past: America is a fascist oligarchy, masquerading as a republic, pretending to be a democracy.
A while back, I warned about the New Right Poast, and now I have another warning: Beware of the Yuri Bezmenov account here on Substack. What started out as an account devoted to tearing into the woke commies might have morphed into something else. Was that always the intent? Were the woke commies used to establish credibility so that the Yuri Bezmenov account could then be used for other, ideological purposes? I do not know, but it’s worth bearing in mind.
I note also that the Yuri Bezmenov account is quite close to the New Right Poast. That account even did a podcast with “Dudley Newright” a while back. What an interesting coincidence, the New Right Poast pushes the Zionist line, while the Yuri account pushes the “HATE CHINA!” line. Both things are highly desired by the regime in Washington, DC. The Yuri Bezmenov account and the New Right Poast are both aimed at the dissident right, and both push certain elements of regime propaganda? 🤔
Remember that the FBI and other government agencies will spend the time, money, and effort to establish certain influencers to push the regime’s ideology and agenda. Yes, even here on Substack. Be very careful about believing what they say, and question what their real motives are when they publish content similar to what Yuri and the New Right Poast have been cranking out on Substack.
I also recognize that some of you reading this might get seriously pissed off at me for dunking on the Yuri Bezmenov account. After all, about 40%, or something like that, of my audience overlaps with that account’s, but so what? I have told you all before that I go where my mind takes me, so you should expect this from me now and in the future. I might be a voice in the wilderness right now, but over time, I believe I will be proven right about what I am saying here.
As soon as I saw that post by the Yuri Bezmenov account, something went off in my head, and I realized that it was up to no good. If you read between the lines, the entire article isn’t so much about Tiananmen Square itself; it’s really about going after the CPC and then using it as an excuse to gin up hatred of China. Such hatred is needed by the Neocons to gain acceptance for their upcoming war with China.
Some of you might think that I have become too suspicious of late, but I do not think so. I have an intuition for these things, and when I saw the Yuri Bezmenov account’s post, I had the same feeling I had when I took a closer look at the New Right Poast. There is something going on there, and I do not like it. Alarm bells are ringing in my head, and they have usually proven right in the past.
I will repeat what I said before: Beware of anyone herding you toward a predefined ideological destination that serves the interests of the regime. In the Yuri Bezmenov account’s case, its article reeks of regime propaganda designed to focus the dissident right on hating China by regurgitating all the old Neocon propaganda about Tiananmen Square.
You are going to see much, much more “HATE CHINA!” propaganda coming out as we get closer and closer to the date chosen by the Neocons to start their war with China. Taiwan is very likely to be Ukrained, and many Taiwanese will be killed in that war, but since when has that ever stopped the Neocons? Ask the Ukrainians how much the Neocons care about dead ukie males. 🙄
Anyway, keep a close eye on the Yuri Bezmenov account and watch what it publishes. See if you can spot trends in its content, and see if that account applies the same standards it espouses about the Communist Party of China to the Globalist American Empire.
I took a look at the comment thread on the Yuri Bezmenov account’s article, and what did I find as the top comments? Two comments, with responses from the Yuri Bezmenov account, that were obviously designed to steer anyone reading them into hating China:
See? China is evil, and we should hate them because America = Freedom and China = Totalitarianism. Thank goodness that “Cheryl” and “Sam” just happened to post those perfectly worded comments so the Yuri Bezmenov account could respond in kind, and both comments could coincidentally get voted into the top spots in the thread. 🙄
One other interesting thing I noticed about the Yuri Bezmenov account. Substack says it has around 19,000 subscribers, yet the account only has the orange icon that says “hundreds of paid subscribers.” Isn’t that odd? If you have so many subscribers, wouldn’t you have at least a thousand paid subscribers?
Compare the Yuri Bezmenov account with
who has 65,000 subscribers, three times as many. I believe Simplicius had “thousands of paid subscribers” back when he only had around 25,000 or 30,000 subscribers. It seems a bit odd to me that Yuri doesn’t have the same “thousands of paid subscribers” icon that Simplicius has on his account.Who are these 19,000 people who subscribe to the Yuri Bezmenov substack, but aren’t willing to pay for it? 🤔 I could be wrong here, and the paid sub numbers might not be a big deal. The Yuri account could have 999 paid subs for all I know. But the paid sub numbers versus free sub numbers stood out to me, so I’m including it here for you to consider.
Time will tell the true story behind the Yuri Bezmenov account, just as it will with the New Right Poast.
Beware.

You are totally off base on Yuri, Morgo. I’m not even going to go into it here but I’ve been following him longer than you. I like your perspective too but why so freakin paranoid? His family is from China and barely escaped with their lives and what I got from the article was how America is turning into the CCP with all the libtard struggle sessions and similar bullshit. I look forward to his posts about all the DEI and other demoralization efforts. I get no hint of someone trying to gin up a struggle with China as much as he was reminding us what happened as the MSM won’t do it. I don’t agree with you at all on this.
Isn't it possible that you and Yuri B agree on some things, and disagree on other things? The language of "beware" you use here is very peculiar, as if you are a Substack lifeguard.
I read tons of authors with whom I agree on some things and disagree seriously on others. I don't feel like I am being harmed when they express views I don't agree with, or lured in to some sort of underground lair. I think "huh, nope, disagree with you on that one". It doesn't make me feel like I'll get cooties if I keep reading them on the stuff I like and ignoring the stuff I don't like.
